Why take an ABR class?

• You receive a NAR® recognized ABR designation
• Your name is in the REBAC Relocation Directory distributed to over 1,600 corporations
• You will have confidence in your ability to offer client-level services to your buyers
• Learn how to use the Buyer Representation Agreement without fear of rejection.
• Understand retainer fees, hourly fees, transaction fees and how to earn them.

How Do I Receive the ABR?
• Take the 15 hour ABR course
• Take an additional 9 hour course accepted by REBAC within 36 months
• Show evidence that you have represented 5 buyers within in a 36 month period. REBAC will hold the application open for 36 months for new people wanting to get their ABR. You can take the class anytime, even prior to becoming a Realtor®.
